  • Introduce the terms, ask students to think of examples of Sequence, Selection and Iteration in real life, share with the class.  (Teacher's PPT slide 4)
Main:
  1. Students work through PPT overview or as a class presentation
  2. Discuss the key examples in the presentation.
  3. Students complete worksheet one.
  4. Peer mark and discuss answers
  5. Goldilocks Challenge - see slide 13

Extension:
  • Student look at the example program below and highlight the Sequences, Selection and Iteration 
  • Hack the program to create a customised version.
