Starter:
You are going to make a simple colour catcher game, begin by playing it so that you can observe how the game works.  Think about the mechanics behind the game.

Main:
  1. In groups think about how the game works, what might the code look like, what does the program need to be able to do.
  2. Load up Scratch
  3. Download the image file and instructions
  4. Create you own version of the colour catcher game​
  5. If you don't understand one of the instructions ask another student first before your teacher.

​​Plenary:​​
  1. Discuss with another student what you have learnt this lesson
  2. Support another student to resolve a bug 'problem that they have with their code
